Refund & Return Policy

All Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Because all Barefoot CEO LLC products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

-eBooks

-eCourses

-Digital downloads

-Templates

-Worksheets

-Any digital content delivered electronically

Once your purchase is completed, you gain immediate access to the materials, and delivery cannot be reversed.

Order Issues or Technical Problems

If you have trouble accessing your files or login information, please contact us and we will gladly help.

We’ll respond as quickly as possible so you can access the product you purchased.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe you were accidentally charged twice or made an unauthorized purchase, contact us within 24 hours of the transaction. While refunds are not guaranteed, duplicate charges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Policy (Physical Products Only)

Barefoot CEO LLC occasionally offers limited hard-copy products, such as printed versions of select eBooks, sold through platforms like TikTok Shop.

This section applies only to physical items.

Digital Products – Instant Delivery

All digital items are delivered immediately via email or download link after purchase. No physical shipping is required.

If you don’t receive your access email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship physical items to:

United States addresses only

International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship through USPS, UPS, or another major carrier depending on availability.

Estimated delivery times:

-Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

-Expedited Shipping: When available, options appear at checkout

Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email used at checkout (or through TikTok Shop notifications).

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your physical product arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected].

-Photos of any damage (if applicable)

We will work to resolve the issue according to carrier guidelines.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Buyers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Barefoot CEO LLC is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we will attempt to correct it.
